Join Mason in Motion on iPhone or iPad.

Install Minecraft from the App Store and sign into a free Microsoft account inside Minecraft. No separate console online membership is required.

Before the first session

Update Minecraft from the App Store.
Open Minecraft and sign in with the Microsoft account tied to the gamertag submitted during registration.
Make sure multiplayer is allowed for the child account.
After the gamertag is added, open Play → Friends and select the private Realm.

The Realm does not appear.

Check the Microsoft account and gamertag, then fully close and reopen Minecraft.

Multiplayer is blocked.

A parent may need to change Microsoft/Xbox family privacy settings for the child account.

The game disconnects frequently.

Use a stable Wi‑Fi connection and close background apps if the device is struggling during Minecraft and Zoom at the same time.
