Join Mason in Motion on Xbox.

Xbox players need Minecraft Bedrock, the correct Microsoft/Xbox account, and an Xbox subscription that includes online console multiplayer.

Before the first session

Make sure Minecraft is updated.
Use the Xbox profile connected to the gamertag submitted during registration.
Confirm the account has an Xbox subscription that includes online multiplayer.
Check family/privacy settings so multiplayer and cross-network play are allowed.
Once invited, open Minecraft and look under Friends for the Mason in Motion Realm.

Multiplayer is disabled.

For child accounts, an adult family organizer may need to change Xbox privacy and online safety settings.

The Realm is missing.

Double-check the gamertag and account, restart Minecraft, and confirm online multiplayer is included in the active Xbox subscription.

I can see the Realm but cannot join.

Update Minecraft, restart the console, and verify the account is allowed to play multiplayer and communicate across networks.
